He stood and shouted to the ranks of Israel and said to them, “Why do you come out to draw up in battle array? Am I not the Philistine and you servants of Saul? Choose a man for yourselves and let him come down to me.

And he stood and cried unto the armies of Israel, and said unto them, Why are ye come out to set your battle in array? am not I a Philistine, and ye servants to Saul? choose you a man for you, and let him come down to me.

Then he stood and cried out to the armies of Israel, and said to them, “Why have you come out to line up for battle? Am I not a Philistine, and you the servants of Saul? Choose a man for yourselves, and let him come down to me.

Goliath stood and shouted a taunt across to the Israelites. “Why are you all coming out to fight?” he called. “I am the Philistine champion, but you are only the servants of Saul. Choose one man to come down here and fight me!

И стал он и кричал к полкам Израильским, говоря им: зачем вышли вы воевать? Не Филистимлянин ли я, а вы рабы Сауловы? Выберите у себя человека, и пусть сойдёт ко мне;

Став він і загукав до лав ізраїльських: «Чого ви вийшли й стаєте до бою? Хіба я не філістимлянин, а ви не раби Саула? Виберіть собі одного, й нехай виступить проти мене!

І став він, і кликнув до Ізраїлевих полків, та й сказав до них: „Чого ви вийшли ставати до бо́ю? Чи ж я не филисти́млянин, а ви не раби Саулові? Оберіть собі кого, і нехай він зі́йде до мене.

Голиаф остановился и закричал выстроившимся израильтянам:
— Зачем вы вышли и построились на битву? Разве я не филистимлянин, а вы — не рабы Саула? Выберите человека, пусть он спустится ко мне. -
Він став і закричав до ізраїльського табору, гукаючи їм: Для чого вийдете, щоб стати до бою напроти нас? Хіба я не є филистимцем, а ви — євреями Саула! Виберіть собі мужа, і нехай спуститься до мене,
