And there came a man of God unto Eli, and said unto him, Thus saith the LORD, Did I plainly appear unto the house of thy father, when they were in Egypt in Pharaoh's house? -
Then a man of God came to Eli and said to him, “Thus says the Lord: ‘Did I not clearly reveal Myself to the house of your father when they were in Egypt in Pharaoh’s house?

И пришёл человек Божий к Илию и сказал ему: так говорит Господь: не открылся ли Я дому отца твоего, когда ещё были они в Египте, в доме фараона?

И вот, пришел к Илию Божий человек и сказал ему:
— Вот что говорит Господь: «Разве Я не открывался ясно дому твоего отца, когда они еще были в Египте, в доме фараона?17 -
Якось прийшов Божий чоловік до Ілі, і сказав: Так говорить Господь: Я ж об’явився [4] домові твого батька, коли вони були рабами в домі фараона в єгипетській землі!
