David said to Achish, “But what have I done? And what have you found in your servant from the day when I came before you to this day, that I may not go and fight against the enemies of my lord the king?”

And David said unto Achish, But what have I done? and what hast thou found in thy servant so long as I have been with thee unto this day, that I may not go fight against the enemies of my lord the king?

So David said to Achish, “But what have I done? And to this day what have you found in your servant as long as I have been with you, that I may not go and fight against the enemies of my lord the king?”

“But what have I done?” asked David. “What have you found against your servant from the day I came to you until now? Why can’t I go and fight against the enemies of my lord the king?” -

And David said to Achish, “But what have I done? What have you found in your servant from the day I entered your service until now, that I may not go and fight against the enemies of my lord the king?” -
“What have I done to deserve this treatment?” David demanded. “What have you ever found in your servant, that I can’t go and fight the enemies of my lord the king?”

Но Давид сказал Анхусу: что я сделал, и что ты нашёл в рабе твоём с того времени, как я пред лицом твоим, и до сего дня, почему бы мне не идти и не воевать с врагами господина моего, царя?

А Давид сказав до Ахіша: „Що́ ж зробив я? І що́ ти знайшов у своєму рабові від дня, коли став я перед твоїм обли́ччям, аж до цього дня, що я не ви́йду й не буду воювати з ворогами мого пана, царя?“

— Но что же я сделал? — спросил Давид. — Что плохого ты нашел в твоем слуге с того дня, когда я пришел к тебе, и до сегодняшнего дня? Почему я не могу идти и сражаться с врагами моего господина царя?

І сказав Давид Анхусові: Що я тобі вчинив, і що ти знайшов у твоєму рабі від того дня, коли я був перед тобою, і аж до цього дня, що не піду воювати з ворогами мого володаря, царя?
