Then God said to him in the dream, “Yes, I know you did this with a clear conscience, and so I have kept you from sinning against me. That is why I did not let you touch her.

And God said unto him in a dream, Yea, I know that thou didst this in the integrity of thy heart; for I also withheld thee from sinning against me: therefore suffered I thee not to touch her.

And God said to him in a dream, “Yes, I know that you did this in the integrity of your heart. For I also withheld you from sinning against Me; therefore I did not let you touch her.

Then God said to him in the dream, “Yes, I know that you have done this in the integrity of your heart, and it was I who kept you from sinning against me. Therefore I did not let you touch her. -

In the dream God responded, “Yes, I know you are innocent. That’s why I kept you from sinning against me, and why I did not let you touch her.

И сказал ему Бог во сне: и Я знаю, что ты сделал сие в простоте сердца твоего, и удержал тебя от греха предо Мною, потому и не допустил тебя прикоснуться к ней;

Тоді Бог сказав до нього вві сні: "І я знаю, що ти вчинив те з чистим серцем, і то я стримав тебе від гріху супроти мене; тому я не допустив, щоб ти доторкавсь її.

Рече ж йому Бог у снї: І я знаю, що в чистотї серця твого і в безвинностї рук твоїх учинив єси се, тим і впинив тебе від гріха проти мене, і не попустив тебе коснутись її. -
І промовив до нього Бог у сні: „І Я знаю, що в чистоті свого серця вчинив ти оце, і Я теж удержав тебе, щоб не згрішив проти Мене. Тому то не дав Я тобі доторкнутись до неї.

Бог сказал ему во сне:
— Да, Я знаю, что совесть твоя чиста: это Я удержал тебя от греха против Меня, поэтому и не позволил тебе прикоснуться к ней. -
А Бог сказав йому уві сні: Тож Я, знаючи, що із чистим серцем зробив ти це, пощадив тебе, щоб не згрішив ти проти Мене. Тому й не допустив Я, щоб ти був з нею.
