Then God said, “Take your son, your only son, whom you love — Isaac — and go to the region of Moriah. Sacrifice him there as a burnt offering on a mountain I will show you.”

And he said, Take now thy son, thine only son Isaac, whom thou lovest, and get thee into the land of Moriah; and offer him there for a burnt offering upon one of the mountains which I will tell thee of.

Then He said, “Take now your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you.”

— Возьми сына, своего единственного113 сына Исаака, которого ты любишь, иди в землю Мориа114 и принеси его там в жертву всесожжения на горе, на которую Я укажу тебе. -
А Бог сказав: Візьми свого улюбленого сина Ісаака, якого ти полюбив, і йди до гірської землі, і принеси його там у всепалення — на одній з гір, яку тобі вкажу.
