When the messengers returned to Jacob, they said, “We went to your brother Esau, and now he is coming to meet you, and four hundred men are with him.”

And the messengers returned to Jacob, saying, We came to thy brother Esau, and also he cometh to meet thee, and four hundred men with him.

— Мы были у твоего брата Исава, и теперь он сам идет тебе навстречу и с ним четыреста человек. -
І є в мене воли, осли, вівці, раби і рабині; тож послав я сповістити моєму панові Ісаву, аби твій слуга знайшов ласку в тебе.
