They did not ask, ‘Where is the Lord,
who brought us up out of Egypt
and led us through the barren wilderness,
through a land of deserts and ravines,
a land of drought and utter darkness,
a land where no one travels and no one lives?’

Neither said they, Where is the LORD that brought us up out of the land of Egypt, that led us through the wilderness, through a land of deserts and of pits, through a land of drought, and of the shadow of death, through a land that no man passed through, and where no man dwelt?

Who brought us up out of the land of Egypt,
Who led us through the wilderness,
Through a land of deserts and pits,
Through a land of drought and the shadow of death,
Through a land that no one crossed

Вони не спитали, де, мовляв, Господь, що вивів нас із землі Єгипетської, водив нас пустинею, степовою землею та проваллями, грунтами сухими й під смертною тінню, землею, що нею ніхто не проходить і ніхто в ній не оселюється.

І не спита́ли вони: де Госпо́дь, що нас ви́вів із кра́ю єгипетського, що прова́див Він нас по пустині, по землі степові́й, повній ям, по кра́ю сухому та те́мному, по кра́ю, що в ньому ніхто не ходив, і що там не осі́лась люди́на?

Который вывел нас из Египта,
провел нас сквозь безлюдный край,
по земле пустынь и расселин,
по земле засухи и кромешной тьмы,
по земле, где никто не странствует,
и никто не живет?» -
Вони не запитали: Де є Господь, Який нас вивів із Єгипетської землі, Котрий супроводжував нас у пустелі, у невідомій і непрохідній землі, у безводній і безплідній землі, у землі, якою не проходив ніхто, і там людина не проживала?
