My eyes fail from weeping,
I am in torment within;
my heart is poured out on the ground
because my people are destroyed,
because children and infants faint
in the streets of the city.

Mine eyes do fail with tears, my bowels are troubled, my liver is poured upon the earth, for the destruction of the daughter of my people; because the children and the sucklings swoon in the streets of the city. -

Истощились от слёз глаза мои, волнуется во мне внутренность моя, изливается на землю печень моя от гибели дщери народа моего, когда дети и грудные младенцы умирают от голода среди городских улиц.

Очі мої змарніли від сліз, нутро кипить у мене, жовч моя виливається на землю з-за погибелі дочки народу мого, бо діти й немовлята мліють по майданах міських.

Повиплива́ли від сліз мої очі, моє ну́тро клеко́че, на землю печінка моя вилива́ється через зане́пад дочки́ мого люду, коли немовля́ й сосуне́ць умліва́ють голодні на пло́щах міськи́х.

Глаза мои ослабли от слез,
душа моя мается,
и сердце мое пролилось на землю
из-за гибели народа моего,
из-за того, что дети и грудные младенцы
теряют сознание на улицах городских. -
Потемніли мої очі від сліз, стривожилося моє лоно, на землю вилилася моя слава через побиття дочки мого народу, коли забракло немовляти й дитини на дорогах міста.
