The Seven Bowls

Then I heard a loud voice from the temple saying to the seven angels, “Go and pour out the [a]bowls of the wrath of God on the earth.”

First Bowl: Loathsome Sores

So the first went and poured out his bowl upon the earth, and a [b]foul and loathsome sore came upon the men who had the mark of the beast and those who worshiped his image.

И ушёл первый ангел и выплеснул свою чашу на землю. И тотчас ужасные болезненные язвы осыпали тех людей, кто отмечен был печатью зверя и поклонялся его изображению.

Second Bowl: The Sea Turns to Blood

Then the second angel poured out his bowl on the sea, and it became blood as of a dead man; and every living creature in the sea died.

И тогда второй ангел вылил свою чашу в море, и оно превратилось в кровь, подобную крови мертвеца, и всё живое в море умерло.

Third Bowl: The Waters Turn to Blood

Then the third angel poured out his bowl on the rivers and springs of water, and they became blood.

И тогда третий ангел вылил свою чашу в реки и источники, и обратились они в кровь.

And I heard the angel of the waters saying:
“You are righteous, [c]O Lord,
The One who is and who [d]was and who is to be,
Because You have judged these things.

И услышал я, как ангел вод сказал: "О Святой, Кто есть и был всегда, справедлив Ты в приговорах, которые вынес.

For they have shed the blood of saints and prophets,
And You have given them blood to drink.
[e]For it is their just due.”

Ибо пролили они кровь Твоих святых и пророков, и дал Ты им пить кровь. Они заслужили это".

And I heard [f]another from the altar saying, “Even so, Lord God Almighty, true and righteous are Your judgments.”

И услышал я, как у алтаря сказали: "Да, Господь Бог Всемогущий, Твои приговоры истинны и справедливы".

Fourth Bowl: Men Are Scorched

Then the fourth angel poured out his bowl on the sun, and power was given to him to scorch men with fire.

И тогда четвёртый ангел выплеснул свою чашу на солнце и разрешено ему было сжечь людей огнём,

And men were scorched with great heat, and they blasphemed the name of God who has power over these plagues; and they did not repent and give Him glory.

и сгорели люди на великом огне. И хулили они имя Бога, в Чьей власти было мучить их, но не раскаялись и не восславили Его.

Fifth Bowl: Darkness and Pain

Then the fifth angel poured out his bowl on the throne of the beast, and his kingdom became full of darkness; and they gnawed their tongues because of the pain.

И тогда пятый ангел вылил свою чашу на престол зверя, и погрузилось царство зверя во мрак, и они кусали языки свои от боли.

They blasphemed the God of heaven because of their pains and their sores, and did not repent of their deeds.

Они хулили Бога Небесного из-за боли и язв своих, но не раскаялись в своих поступках.

Sixth Bowl: Euphrates Dried Up

Then the sixth angel poured out his bowl on the great river Euphrates, and its water was dried up, so that the way of the kings from the east might be prepared.

И тогда шестой ангел выплеснул свою чашу в великую реку Евфрат, и воды её иссякли, чтобы подготовить путь царям с востока.

And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs coming out of the mouth of the dragon, out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet.

И тогда увидел я, как из пасти дракона, из пасти зверя и изо рта лжепророка вышли три нечистых духа, подобных лягушкам.

For they are spirits of demons, performing signs, which go out to the kings [g]of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty.

Это были духи бесовские, которые могли творить чудеса. Они отправились к царям всего мира, чтобы те собрались воедино для битвы в великий день Всемогущего Бога.

“Behold, I am coming as a thief. Blessed is he who watches, and keeps his garments, lest he walk naked and they see his shame.”

And they gathered them together to the place called in Hebrew, [h]Armageddon.

Seventh Bowl: The Earth Utterly Shaken

Then the seventh angel poured out his bowl into the air, and a loud voice came out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying, “It is done!”

И тогда седьмой ангел выплеснул свою чашу в воздух, и громкий голос раздался от престола в храме, сказавший "Свершилось".

And there were noises and thunderings and lightnings; and there was a great earthquake, such a mighty and great earthquake as had not occurred since men were on the earth.

И засверкали молнии, и раздались раскаты грома, и случилось великое землетрясение. Такого сильного землетрясения не случалось за всё время с тех пор как человек появился на земле.

Now the great city was divided into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell. And great Babylon was remembered before God, to give her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of His wrath.

Великий город раскололся на три части, и пали города языческие. Бог вспомнил о великом Вавилоне и наказал его и дал ему испить чашу Своего яростного гнева.

Then every island fled away, and the mountains were not found.

Исчезли все острова, и не осталось гор.

And great hail from heaven fell upon men, each hailstone about the weight of a talent. Men blasphemed God because of the plague of the hail, since that plague was exceedingly great.

Огромные градины, каждая весом в талант, упали с неба на людей, и прокляли люди имя Божье из-за этого града, ибо бедствие это было ужасно.
