Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye.
Того, что свято, не давайте псам, а не то они, обернувшись, растерзают вас. И не разбрасывайте своих драгоценностей перед свиньями, не то они растопчут их.
Give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast ye your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn again and rend you.
Просите — и вам дадут, ищите — и найдете, стучите — и вам откроют.
Ask, Seek, Knock
Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:

Есть ли среди вас такой человек, который даст своему сыну камень, когда тот просит хлеба?
Or what man is there of you, whom if his son ask bread, will he give him a stone?
И кто даст сыну змею, когда тот попросит рыбы?
Or if he ask a fish, will he give him a serpent?
Если вы, будучи злы, умеете давать своим детям благие дары, то тем более Небесный Отец даст благое тем, кто просит у Него!
If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?
Поэтому во всем поступайте с людьми так, как хотите, чтобы они поступали с вами. В этом суть всего, что написано в Законе и в Книгах Пророков!
Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets.
Входите через узкие ворота. Путь, ведущий к погибели, широк, ворота просторны, и многие идут по этому пути.

Берегитесь лжепророков. Они приходят к вам в овечьих шкурах, внутри же они — хищные волки.
A Tree and its Fruit
Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.

Их вы узнаете по их плодам. Собирают ли с терновника виноград или с чертополоха инжир?
Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?
Хорошее дерево приносит хорошие плоды, а больное дерево — плохие плоды.
Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.
На хорошем дереве не бывает плохих плодов, и на больном дереве не бывает хороших.
A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.
Каждое дерево, не приносящее хороших плодов, срубают и бросают в огонь.
Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.
Не всякий, кто говорит Мне: «Господи, Господи», войдет в Небесное Царство, но лишь тот, кто исполняет волю Моего Небесного Отца.
Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
Многие будут говорить Мне в тот День: «Господи, Господи, да разве мы не пророчествовали от Твоего имени, разве не изгоняли Твоим именем демонов и не совершали многих чудес?»
Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
Но тогда Я отвечу им: «Я никогда не знал вас, прочь от Меня, беззаконники!42»
And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.
Того, кто слушает эти Мои слова и исполняет их, можно сравнить с мудрым человеком, построившим свой дом на камне.

А всякого, кто слушает Мои слова, но не исполняет их, можно сравнить с глупцом, построившим свой дом на песке.
