Давид спросил Бога: "Должен ли я пойти и сразиться с филистимлянами? Позволишь ли Ты мне одолеть их?" Господь ответил Давиду: "Иди. Я позволю тебе одолеть филистимлян". -
Давид спросил Бога:
— Идти ли мне на филистимлян? Отдашь ли Ты их мне?
Господь ответил ему:
— Иди, Я отдам их в твои руки. -
Тоді Давид запитав у Бога, кажучи: “Чи йти мені на філістимлян і чи видаси їх у мої руки?” Господь сказав йому: “Іди, я видам їх тобі в руки.”

And David inquired of God, saying, Shall I go up against the Philistines? and wilt thou deliver them into mine hand? And the LORD said unto him, Go up; for I will deliver them into thine hand.

The Lord answered him, “Go, I will deliver them into your hands.” -

And David inquired of God, saying, “Shall I go up against the Philistines? Will You deliver them into my hand?”
The Lord said to him, “Go up, for I will deliver them into your hand.” -

So David asked God, “Should I go out to fight the Philistines? Will you hand them over to me?”
The LORD replied, “Yes, go ahead. I will hand them over to you.” -
