Вениамин родил Белу, первенца своего, второго Ашбела, третьего Ахрая,

Genealogy from Benjamin to Saul

And Benjamin begot Bela his firstborn, Ashbel the second, and Aharah the third,

четвёртого Ноху и пятого Рафу.

Nohah the fourth, and Rapha the fifth.

Сыновья Белы были: Аддар, Гера, Авиуд,

And Bela had sons: Addar, and Gera, and Abihud,

Авишуа, Нааман, Ахоах,

and Abishua, and Naaman, and Ahoah,

Гера, Шефуфан и Хурам.

and Gera, and Shephuphan, and Huram.

И вот сыновья Егуда, которые были главами родов, живших в Геве и переселённых в Манахаф:

-- And these are the sons of Ehud (these were the chief fathers of the inhabitants of Geba; and they carried them away to Manahath;

even Naaman, and Ahijah, and Gera; he removed them), and he begot Uzza and Ahihud.

And Shaharaim begot [children] in the land of Moab after he had sent away Hushim and Baara his wives.

И родил он от Ходеши, жены своей, Иовава, Цивию, Мешу, Малхама,

And he begot of Hodesh his wife: Jobab, and Zibia, and Mesha, and Malcham,

Иеуца, Шахию и Мирму: вот сыновья его, главы поколений.

and Jeuz, and Shobia, and Mirmah; these were his sons, chief fathers.

От Хушимы родил он Авитува и Елпаала.

And of Hushim he begot Abitub, and Elpaal.

Сыновья Елпаала: Евер, Мишам и Шемер, который построил Оно и Лод и зависящие от него города, —

And the sons of Elpaal: Eber, and Misham, and Shemer, who built Ono, and Lod and its dependent villages;

и Берия и Шема. Они были главами поколений жителей Аиалона. Они выгнали жителей Гефа.

and Beriah, and Shema, who were chief fathers of the inhabitants of Ajalon; they drove away the inhabitants of Gath.

Ахио, Шашак, Иремоф,

And Ahio, Shashak, and Jeremoth,

Зевадия, Арад, Едер,

and Zebadiah, and Arad, and Eder,

Михаил, Ишфа и Иоха — сыновья Берии.

and Michael, and Jishpah, and Joha were the sons of Beriah.

Зевадия, Мешуллам, Хизкий, Хевер,

And Zebadiah, and Meshullam, and Hiski, and Heber,

Ишмерай, Излия и Иовав — сыновья Елпаала.

and Jishmerai, and Jizliah, and Jobab were the sons of Elpaal.

Иаким, Зихрий, Завдий,

And Jakim, and Zichri, and Zabdi,

Елиенай, Цилфай, Елиил,

and Elienai, and Zilthai, and Eliel,

Адаия, Бераия и Шимраф — сыновья Шимея.

and Adaiah, and Beraiah, and Shimrath were the sons of Shimei.

Ишпан, Евер, Елиил,

And Jishpah, and Eber, and Eliel,

Авдон, Зихрий, Ханан,

and Abdon, and Zichri, and Hanan,

Ханания, Елам, Антофия,

and Hananiah, and Elam, and Antothijah,

Ифдия и Фенуил — сыновья Шашака.

and Jiphdeiah, and Penuel were the sons of Shashak.

Шамшерай, Шехария, Афалия,

And Shamsherai, and Shehariah, and Athaliah,

Иаарешия, Елия и Зихрий, сыновья Иерохама.

and Jaareshiah, and Elijah, and Zichri were the sons of Jeroham.

Это главы поколений, в родах своих главные. Они жили в Иерусалиме.

These were the chief fathers, according to their generations, principal men; these dwelt in Jerusalem.

В Гаваоне жили: отец Гаваонитян, — имя жены его Мааха, —

And at Gibeon dwelt the father of Gibeon; and his wife's name was Maachah.

и сын его, первенец Авдон, за ним Цур, Кис, Ваал, Надав,

And his son, the firstborn, was Abdon; and Zur, and Kish, and Baal, and Nadab,

Гедор, Ахио, Зехер и Миклоф.

and Gedor, and Ahio, and Zecher.

Миклоф родил Шимея. И они подле братьев своих жили в Иерусалиме, вместе с братьями своими.

And Mikloth begot Shimeah. And these also dwelt beside their brethren in Jerusalem, with their brethren.

Нер родил Киса; Кис родил Саула; Саул родил Иоанафана, Мелхисуя, Авинадава и Ешбаала.

Genealogy from King Saul

And Ner begot Kish; and Kish begot Saul; and Saul begot Jonathan, and Malchishua, and Abinadab, and Esh-baal.

Сын Ионафана Мериббаал; Мериббаал родил Миху.

And the son of Jonathan was Merib-Baal; and Merib-Baal begot Micah.

Сыновья Михи: Пифон, Мелег, Фаарея и Ахаз.

And the sons of Micah: Pithon, and Melech, and Tarea, and Ahaz.

Ахаз родил Иоиадду; Иоиадда родил Алемефа, Азмавефа и Замврия; Замврий родил Моцу;

And Ahaz begot Jehoaddah; and Jehoaddah begot Alemeth, and Azmaveth, and Zimri; and Zimri begot Moza;

Моца родил Бинею. Рефаия, сын его; Елеаса, сын его; Ацел, сын его.

and Moza begot Binea: Rapha was his son, Eleasah his son, Azel his son.

У Ацела шесть сыновей, и вот имена их: Азрикам, Бохру, Исмаил, Шеария, Овадия и Ханан; все они сыновья Ацела.

And Azel had six sons, and these are their names: Azrikam, Bochru, and Ishmael, and Sheariah, and Obadiah, and Hanan; all these were sons of Azel.

Сыновья Ешека, брата его: Улам, первенец его, второй Иеуш, третий Елифелет.

And the sons of Eshek his brother were Ulam his firstborn, Jeush the second, and Eliphelet the third.

Сыновья Улама были люди воинственные, стрелявшие из лука, имевшие много сыновей и внуков: сто пятьдесят. Все они от сынов Вениамина.

And the sons of Ulam were mighty men of valour, archers; and they had many sons, and sons' sons, a hundred and fifty. All these were of the sons of Benjamin.
