Господь сказал всё это. Он — Бог, создавший небо, Он землю сотворил. Он сотворил её и сохраняет не для того, чтобы она была пуста, а для того, чтобы населена она была. "Я — Господь, и нет иного Бога. -
Ведь так говорит Господь,
сотворивший небеса (Он — Бог,
образовавший, создавший землю;
Он утвердил ее; не сотворил ее пустошью,
но сотворил ее, чтобы она заселилась):
— Я — Господь, и другого нет. -
Бо так говорить Господь, творець неба, — він, Бог, що сотворив землю, що сподіяв її та укріпив її; не створив її пустою, він создав її, щоб на ній жили: «Я Господь, і іншого немає!

For thus saith the LORD that created the heavens; God himself that formed the earth and made it; he hath established it, he created it not in vain, he formed it to be inhabited: I am the LORD; and there is none else.

and put everything in place.

not to be a place of empty chaos.
