И сказал царь Седекия Иеремии: я боюсь Иудеев, которые перешли к Халдеям, чтобы Халдеи не предали меня в руки их, и чтобы те не надругались надо мною.

Но царь ответил Иеремии: "Я боюсь, что солдаты отдадут меня иудеям, уже перешедшим на сторону вавилонской армии, и те будут плохо со мной обращаться". -
Царь Цедекия сказал Иеремии:
— Я боюсь иудеев, которые перебежали к халдеям, ведь халдеи могут выдать меня им, и те меня растерзают. -
І сказав цар Седекія до Єремії: «Боюсь тих юдеїв, що попереходили до халдеїв, щоб мене не видано їм у руки та щоб вони не знущались надо мною.»

And Zedekiah the king said unto Jeremiah, I am afraid of the Jews that are fallen to the Chaldeans, lest they deliver me into their hand, and they mock me.
