Ефрем, какое Мне дело до идолов?
Я отвечаю ему и забочусь о нем.
Я — как вечнозеленый кипарис,
от Меня твоя плодовитость. -
Ефраїм скаже: «І що мені ще до ідолів?» Я відповідаю і дивлюсь на нього. Я, наче кипарис зелений, від мене буде плід твій.

Who is wise, and he shall understand these things? prudent, and he shall know them? for the ways of the LORD are right, and the just shall walk in them: but the transgressors shall fall therein.

Who is wise? Let them realize these things.
Who is discerning? Let them understand.
The ways of the Lord are right;
the righteous walk in them,
but the rebellious stumble in them. -

Єфрем, — що йому до бовва́нів іще? Я вислухав вже та побачив його, Я для нього немов кипари́с той зелений: з Мене зна́йдений бу́де твій плід“.

Let those who are wise understand these things.
Let those with discernment listen carefully.
The paths of the LORD are true and right,
and righteous people live by walking in them.
But in those paths sinners stumble and fall. -
