Бог не человек, чтобы Ему лгать, Бог не человеческое существо, чтобы Ему изменяться, Его решения неизменны. Он делает, что скажет, и исполняет обещанное. -
Бог — не человек, чтобы лгать,
и не смертный, чтобы передумывать.
Неужели скажет Он и не сделает,
пообещает и не исполнит? -
Бог не людина, то й не рече неправди, не чоловік він, то й не має чого каятись. Чи може ж він твердити, а ділом не ствердити? Чи може сказати, а не доказати?
