При сборе же для святых поступайте так, как я установил в церквах Галатийских.

The Collection for the Saints

Now concerning the collection for the saints, as I have given order to the churches of Galatia, even so do ye.

В первый день недели каждый из вас пусть отлагает у себя и сберегает, сколько позволит ему состояние, чтобы не делать сборов, когда я приду.

Upon the first day of the week let every one of you lay by him in store, as God hath prospered him, that there be no gatherings when I come.

Когда же приду, то, которых вы изберёте, тех отправлю с письмами, для доставления вашего подаяния в Иерусалим.

And when I come, whomsoever ye shall approve by your letters, them will I send to bring your liberality unto Jerusalem.

А если прилично будет и мне отправиться, то они со мной пойдут.

And if it be meet that I go also, they shall go with me.

Я приду к вам, когда пройду Македонию; ибо я иду через Македонию.

Paul's Plans for Travel

Now I will come unto you, when I shall pass through Macedonia: for I do pass through Macedonia.

У вас же, может быть, поживу, или и перезимую, чтобы вы меня проводили, куда пойду.

And it may be that I will abide, yea, and winter with you, that ye may bring me on my journey whithersoever I go.

Ибо я не хочу видеться с вами теперь мимоходом, а надеюсь пробыть у вас несколько времени, если Господь позволит.

For I will not see you now by the way; but I trust to tarry a while with you, if the Lord permit.

В Ефесе же я пробуду до Пятидесятницы,

But I will tarry at Ephesus until Pentecost.

ибо для меня отверста великая и широкая дверь, и противников много.

For a great door and effectual is opened unto me, and there are many adversaries.

Если же придёт к вам Тимофей, смотрите, чтобы он был у вас безопасен; ибо он делает дело Господне, как и я.

Timothy Commended

Now if Timotheus come, see that he may be with you without fear: for he worketh the work of the Lord, as I also do.

Посему никто не пренебрегай его, но проводите его с миром, чтобы он пришёл ко мне, ибо я жду его с братиями.

Let no man therefore despise him: but conduct him forth in peace, that he may come unto me: for I look for him with the brethren.

А что до брата Аполлоса, я очень просил его, чтобы он с братиями пошёл к вам; но он никак не хотел идти ныне, а придёт, когда ему будет удобно.

As touching our brother Apollos, I greatly desired him to come unto you with the brethren: but his will was not at all to come at this time; but he will come when he shall have convenient time.

Бодрствуйте, стойте в вере, будьте мужественны, твёрды.

Concluding Exhortations

Watch ye, stand fast in the faith, quit you like men, be strong.

Всё у вас да будет с любовью.

Let all your things be done with charity.

Прошу вас, братия (вы знаете семейство Стефаново, что оно есть начаток Ахаии и что они посвятили себя на служение святым),

I beseech you, brethren, (ye know the house of Stephanas, that it is the firstfruits of Achaia, and that they have addicted themselves to the ministry of the saints,)

будьте и вы почтительны к таковым и ко всякому содействующему и трудящемуся.

That ye submit yourselves unto such, and to every one that helpeth with us, and laboureth.

Я рад прибытию Стефана, Фортуната и Ахаика: они восполнили для меня отсутствие ваше,

I am glad of the coming of Stephanas and Fortunatus and Achaicus: for that which was lacking on your part they have supplied.

ибо они мой и ваш дух успокоили. Почитайте таковых.

For they have refreshed my spirit and yours: therefore acknowledge ye them that are such.

Приветствуют вас церкви Асийские; приветствуют вас усердно в Господе Акила и Прискилла с домашнею их церковью.

Paul's Final Greetings

The churches of Asia salute you. Aquila and Priscilla salute you much in the Lord, with the church that is in their house.

Приветствуют вас все братия. Приветствуйте друг друга святым целованием.

All the brethren greet you. Greet ye one another with an holy kiss.

The salutation of me Paul with mine own hand.

Кто не любит Господа Иисуса Христа, — анафема, маран-афа.

If any man love not the Lord Jesus Christ, let him be Anathema Maranatha.

Благодать Господа нашего Иисуса Христа с вами,

The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you.

и любовь моя со всеми вами во Христе Иисусе. Аминь.
