На пятый месяц четвёртого года царствования Седекии пророк Ананий говорил со мной. Ананий был сыном Азура, из Гаваона. Я говорил с ним в храме Господнем, при священниках и других людях. Вот что сказал Ананий:
Hananiah’s False Prophecy
Now in the same year, in the beginning of the reign of Zedekiah king of Judah, in the fourth year, in the fifth month, Hananiah the son of Azzur, the prophet, who was from Gibeon, spoke to me in the house of the LORD in the presence of the priests and all the people, saying,
Now in the same year, in the beginning of the reign of Zedekiah king of Judah, in the fourth year, in the fifth month, Hananiah the son of Azzur, the prophet, who was from Gibeon, spoke to me in the house of the LORD in the presence of the priests and all the people, saying,
"Господь Всемогущий, Бог Израиля, говорит: "Я сокрушу ярмо, которое царь Вавилона надел на людей Иудеи.
“Thus says the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel, ‘I have broken the yoke of the king of Babylon.
Через два года Я возвращу все вещи, которые Навуходоносор, царь Вавилона, взял из Господнего храма. Он унёс их в Вавилон, но Я принесу их обратно в Иерусалим.
‘Within two years I am going to bring back to this place all the vessels of the LORD’S house, which Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon took away from this place and carried to Babylon.
И Я возвращу Иехонию, сына Иоакима, царя Иудеи, вместе со всеми пленниками Навуходоносора, — сказал Господь, — и освобожу от ярма, которое царь Вавилона надел на людей Иудеи"".
‘I am also going to bring back to this place Jeconiah the son of Jehoiakim, king of Judah, and all the exiles of Judah who went to Babylon,’ declares the LORD, ‘for I will break the yoke of the king of Babylon.’”
Тогда пророк Иеремия ответил пророку Ананию там же, в храме Господнем, при священниках и народе, которые слышали его ответ.
Then the prophet Jeremiah spoke to the prophet Hananiah in the presence of the priests and in the presence of all the people who were standing in the house of the LORD,
Иеремия сказал Ананию: "Аминь! Я надеюсь, что Господь действительно сотворит это и сделает правдой то, что ты проповедуешь. Я надеюсь, что Господь вернёт всё, принадлежащее храму Господнему, и приведёт всех, кого заставили покинуть свои дома.
and the prophet Jeremiah said, “Amen! May the LORD do so; may the LORD confirm your words which you have prophesied to bring back the vessels of the LORD’S house and all the exiles, from Babylon to this place.
Но послушай, Ананий, что я должен сказать тебе и всем людям.
“Yet hear now this word which I am about to speak in your hearing and in the hearing of all the people!
Задолго до тебя и до меня были пророки.
“The prophets who were before me and before you from ancient times prophesied against many lands and against great kingdoms, of war and of calamity and of pestilence.
Они проповедовали, что война, голод и болезни обрушатся на многие великие царства. Но пророк, который говорит, что у нас будет мир, должен быть испытан, чтобы люди убедились, что он действительно послан Господом. Если весть его сбывается, то люди будут знать, что этот пророк действительно от Господа".
“The prophet who prophesies of peace, when the word of the prophet comes to pass, then that prophet will be known as one whom the LORD has truly sent.”
Иеремия носил на шее ярмо. Пророк Ананий снял это ярмо с Иеремии и разбил его.
Then Hananiah the prophet took the yoke from the neck of Jeremiah the prophet and broke it.
И сказал Ананий громко, чтобы все его слышали: "Господь говорит: Вот так же и Я разобью ярмо Навуходоносора, царя Вавилона, которое он надел на все народы мира, Я разобью его раньше, чем минет два года". После этих слов Иеремия покинул храм.
Hananiah spoke in the presence of all the people, saying, “Thus says the LORD, ‘Even so will I break within two full years the yoke of Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon from the neck of all the nations.’” Then the prophet Jeremiah went his way.
После того, как Ананий снял ярмо с Иеремии и разбил его, к Иеремии пришла весть от Господа.
The word of the LORD came to Jeremiah after Hananiah the prophet had broken the yoke from off the neck of the prophet Jeremiah, saying,
Господь сказал Иеремии: "Пойди и скажи Ананию: "Ты разбил ярмо деревянное, но Я сделаю ярмо железное".
“Go and speak to Hananiah, saying, ‘Thus says the LORD, “You have broken the yokes of wood, but you have made instead of them yokes of iron.”
Господь Всемогущий, Бог Израиля, говорит: "Я надену железное ярмо на шеи всех народов, Я сделаю это, чтобы заставить их всех служить Навуходоносору, царю Вавилонскому, и они будут его рабами. Даже над дикими животными Я дам Навуходоносору власть"".
‘For thus says the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel, “I have put a yoke of iron on the neck of all these nations, that they may serve Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon; and they will serve him. And I have also given him the beasts of the field.”’”
И пророк Иеремия сказал пророку Ананию: "Послушай, Ананий, Господь не посылал тебя, ты заставил людей Иудеи поверить в ложь.
Then Jeremiah the prophet said to Hananiah the prophet, “Listen now, Hananiah, the LORD has not sent you, and you have made this people trust in a lie.
Господь на это сказал: "Я вскоре заберу тебя из этого мира, Ананий. Ты умрёшь в этом же году, ибо ты хотел, чтобы люди отвернулись от Господа"".
“Therefore thus says the LORD, ‘Behold, I am about to remove you from the face of the earth. This year you are going to die, because you have counseled rebellion against the LORD.’”
