Jerusalem's Unfaithfulness
And the word of Jehovah came unto me, saying,
And the word of Jehovah came unto me, saying,
"Сын человеческий, скажи людям Иерусалима о всех гадостях, сделанных ими.
Son of man, cause Jerusalem to know her abominations,
Ты должен сказать: "Господь Всемогущий говорит Иерусалиму: Взгляните на вашу историю — вы рождены в Ханаане, отец ваш — Амморей, ваша мать Хеттеянка.
and say, Thus saith the Lord Jehovah unto Jerusalem: Thy birth and thy nativity is of the land of the Canaanite: thy father was an Amorite, and thy mother a Hittite.
Иерусалим, в день твоего рождения некому было перерезать твою пуповину, никто не посыпал солью тебя и не смыл её, чтобы ты стал чистым, никто не обернул тебя в одежды.
And as for thy nativity, in the day thou wast born thy navel was not cut, neither wast thou washed in water for cleansing; thou wast not rubbed with salt at all, nor swaddled at all.
Ты был, Иерусалим, одинок, и никто не жалел тебя, никто не заботился о тебе. Иерусалим, в день твоего рождения твои родители бросили тебя в поле, ты был ненавистным, когда ты родился.
No eye pitied thee, to do any of these unto thee, to have compassion upon thee; but thou wast cast out in the open field, from abhorrence of thy person, in the day that thou wast born.

And I passed by thee, and saw thee weltering in thy blood, and I said unto thee, in thy blood, Live! yea, I said unto thee, in thy blood, Live!
Я помог тебе вырасти, как полевому цветку, который быстро рос и превращался в красивую девушку, груди твои поднялись, волосы твои выросли, но была ты нагой и непокрытой.
I caused thee to multiply, as the bud of the field; and thou didst increase and grow great, and thou camest to fulness of beauty; [thy] breasts were fashioned, and thy hair grew: but thou wast naked and bare.
Я увидел тебя, — ты готова была для любви, и Я распростёр над тобою свои одежды и прикрыл твою наготу. Я дал слово быть с тобою всегда, заключил с тобою завет, и ты стала Моей". Так сказал Господь Всемогущий.
And I passed by thee, and looked upon thee, and behold, thy time was the time of love; and I spread my skirt over thee, and covered thy nakedness; and I swore unto thee, and entered into a covenant with thee, saith the Lord Jehovah, and thou becamest mine.
"Я омыл водою кровь с тебя и натёр тебя маслами.
And I washed thee with water, and thoroughly washed away thy blood from thee, and I anointed thee with oil;
Я дал тебе красивое платье и мягкие сандалии, дал полотняное покрывало и шёлковый шарф.
and I clothed thee with embroidered work, and shod thee with badgers' skin, and I bound thee about with byssus, and covered thee with silk.
Затем Я дал тебе красивые украшения, надел браслеты на руки твои и ожерелье на шею.
And I decked thee with ornaments, and I put bracelets upon thy hands, and a chain on thy neck;
Я подарил тебе кольцо для носа, серьги и великолепный венец.
and I put a ring on thy nose, and earrings in thine ears, and a beautiful crown upon thy head.
Ты была прекрасна в золотых и серебряных украшениях, в полотняных и шёлковых вышитых тканях, твоя еда была лучшей: прекрасная мука, мёд и масло. Ты была великолепной и обрела величие царицы.
Thus wast thou decked with gold and silver, and thy raiment was byssus, and silk, and embroidered work. Thou didst eat fine flour, and honey, and oil; and thou becamest exceedingly beautiful, and thou didst prosper into a kingdom.
Ты прославилась своей красотой, и всё потому, что Я сделал тебя прекрасной". Так сказал Господь Всемогущий.
And thy fame went forth among the nations for thy beauty; for it was perfect through my magnificence, which I had put upon thee, saith the Lord Jehovah.
"Но ты уверовала в силу своей красоты, стала пользоваться добрым именем и стала Мне неверна. Ты поступала, как блудница с любым проходящим мимо, ты раздала себя всем.
But thou didst confide in thy beauty, and playedst the harlot because of thy renown, and pouredst out thy whoredoms on every one that passed by: his it was.
Ты взяла часть своих одежд и украсила места поклонения, где вела ты себя, как блудница. Ты отдавала себя каждому проходящему мимо мужчине.
And of thy garments thou didst take, and madest for thyself high places decked with divers colours, and didst play the harlot thereupon: [the like] hath not come to pass, and shall be no more.
И взяла ты прекрасные драгоценности, подаренные Мной, и сделала из них статуи мужчин, и ты блудодействовала со статуями.
And thou didst take thy fair jewels of my gold and of my silver, which I had given thee, and madest to thyself images of males, and didst commit fornication with them.
И одела ты эти статуи в прекрасные одежды свои, взяла подаренные Мною благовония и употребила на эти статуи.
And thou tookest thine embroidered garments, and coveredst them; and thou didst set mine oil and mine incense before them.
Я дал тебе хлеб, муку, мёд и масло, но ты отдала их своим идолам. Ты предложила им это, желая ублажить своих лжебогов, и вела себя с ними, как блудница". Так сказал Господь Всемогущий.
And my bread which I had given thee, the fine flour and the oil and the honey wherewith I fed thee, thou didst even set it before them for a sweet savour: thus it was, saith the Lord Jehovah.
Господь сказал: "У нас были дети с тобою, но ты забрала их и принесла в жертву своим идолам. Но это далеко не все твои обманы.
And thou didst take thy sons and thy daughters, whom thou hadst borne unto me, and these didst thou sacrifice unto them, to be devoured. Were thy whoredoms a small matter,
Ты закалывала Моих сыновей и проводила их через огонь, отдавая в жертву идолам.
that thou didst slay my children and give them up in passing them over to them?
Ты покинула Меня и сотворила весь этот ужас, ты не вспоминала о времени своей молодости, не вспоминала, что ты была нага и окровавлена, когда Я тебя нашёл.
And in all thine abominations and thy whoredoms thou hast not remembered the days of thy youth, when thou wast naked and bare, when thou wast weltering in thy blood.
После всех твоих злодеяний тебе будет плохо, Иерусалим". Господь Всемогущий так говорит.
And it came to pass after all thy wickedness (woe, woe unto thee! saith the Lord Jehovah),
"Ты устанавливаешь идолов для поклонений на каждой улице.
that thou didst also build unto thee a place of debauchery, and didst make thee a high place in every street:
Ты построила их в начале каждой дороги, ты опозорила свою красоту, используя её для завлечения каждого проходящего мужчины. Ты всё больше и больше вела себя, как блудница.
thou didst build thy high place at every head of the way, and madest thy beauty to be abhorred, and thou didst open thy feet to every one that passed by, and multiply thy whoredom.
Потом ты пошла в Египет, к своему похотливому соседу и, блудодействуя с ним, увеличивала Мой гнев на тебя.
And thou didst commit fornication with the Egyptians thy neighbours, great of flesh; and didst multiply thy whoredom to provoke me to anger.
И Я наказал тебя, Я лишил тебя части отпущенного тебе (земли). Я разрешил дочерям (городам) филистимлян делать с вами, что угодно, и даже филистимляне были поражены твоим поведением.
And behold, I stretched out my hand over thee, and diminished thine appointed portion; and I gave thee over unto the will of them that hate thee, the daughters of the Philistines, who were confounded at thy lewd way.
Затем ты начала блудить с Ассирией, и всё тебе было мало, ты не удовлетворялась.
And thou didst commit fornication with the Assyrians, because thou wast insatiable; yea, thou didst commit fornication with them, and yet couldest not be satisfied.
И ты повернулась к Ханаану и к Вавилону, но всё ещё не насыщалась.
And thou didst multiply thy whoredom with the land of merchants, Chaldea, and yet thou wast not satisfied herewith.
Насколько ты слаба, если позволила всем этим мужчинам.
How weak is thy heart, saith the Lord Jehovah, seeing thou doest all these [things], the work of a whorish woman, under no restraint;
Но ты не была истинной блудницей, ты построила свои возвышения в начале каждой дороги, построила места поклонений на каждом углу. Ты не просила платы со своих мужчин, как это обычно делают блудницы.
in that thou buildest thy place of debauchery at the head of every way, and makest thy high place in every street! And thou hast not been as a harlot, in that thou scornest reward,
Ты обычная прелюбодейка, предпочитающая спать с незнакомыми мужчинами, чем с собственным мужем.
O adulterous wife, that taketh strangers instead of her husband.
Большинство блудниц берут с мужчин деньги, а ты давала деньги своим любовникам. Ты платила мужчинам со всех сторон, чтобы они блудили с тобой.
They give rewards to all harlots; but thou gavest thy rewards to all thy lovers, and rewardedst them, that they might come unto thee on every side for thy whoredoms.
Ты непохожа на большинство блудниц, ты сама платишь мужчинам за блудодейство".
And in thee is the contrary from [other] women, in thy whoredoms, in that none followeth thee to commit fornication; and whereas thou givest a reward, and no reward is given unto thee, so art thou contrary.
Слушай, блудница, Господа весть!
Judgment on Jerusalem
Therefore, O harlot, hear the word of Jehovah.

Господь Всемогущий так говорит: "Ты потратила деньги свои и позволила своим любовникам и грязным идолам видеть твою наготу и обладать тобой, ты пролила кровь своих детей — это был твой подарок лжебогам.
Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Because thy money hath been poured out, and thy nakedness discovered through thy fornications with thy lovers, and with all the idols of thine abominations, and because of the blood of thy children which thou didst give unto them;
За это Я соберу всех любовников твоих вместе, всех мужчин, которых ты любила, и всех, которых ненавидела, приведу всех вместе и покажу им всю твою наготу, весь твой позор.
therefore, behold, I will gather all thy lovers with whom thou hast taken pleasure, and all that thou hast loved, with all that thou hast hated, -- I will even gather them round about against thee, and will discover thy nakedness unto them, that they may see all thy nakedness.
И после этого Я накажу тебя, как убийцу и прелюбодейку, как может наказать разгневанный, ревнивый муж.
And I will judge thee with the judgments of women that commit adultery and shed blood; and I will give thee up to the blood of fury and jealousy;
Я отдам тебя твоим любовникам, и они уничтожат твои возвышения и снесут твои места поклонения, сожгут их, сорвут с тебя одежды и заберут все твои драгоценности. Они оставят тебя голой, как ты была прежде, когда Я тебя нашёл.
and I will give thee into their hand, and they shall throw down thy place of debauchery, and shall break down thy high places; and they shall strip thee of thy garments, and shall take thy fair jewels, and leave thee naked and bare.
И они приведут толпу, которая забьёт тебя камнями, а потом они посекут тебя мечами на куски.
And they shall bring up an assemblage against thee, and they shall stone thee with stones, and thrust thee through with their swords.
Они сожгут твой дом (храм), они накажут тебя, и все женщины это увидят. И Я прекращу твоё блудодейство и не позволю тебе больше платить своим любовникам.
And they shall burn thy houses with fire, and execute judgments upon thee in the sight of many women; and I will cause thee to cease from being a harlot, and thou also shalt give no more any reward.
Мой гнев и ревность утолятся. Я успокоюсь и не буду более гневаться на тебя.
And I will appease my fury against thee, and my jealousy shall depart from thee; and I will be quiet, and will be no more angry.
Почему всё так будет? Потому что ты не помнила о своей молодости, ты ввела Меня во гнев своим поведением, и Я должен был тебя наказать за злые дела, которые ты сделала". Так сказал Господь Всемогущий. "Но ты собиралась делать ещё хуже.
Because thou hast not remembered the days of thy youth, but hast raged against me in all these [things], behold, therefore, I also will recompense thy way upon [thy] head, saith the Lord Jehovah, and thou shalt not commit this lewdness besides all thine abominations.
Все, кто говорит о тебе, могут добавить: "Какова мать, такова и дочь".
Behold, every one that useth proverbs shall speak in a proverb against thee, saying, As the mother, [so is] her daughter!
Ты -дочь матери своей, тебе нет дела до мужа твоего и детей твоих. Ты похожа на своих сестёр, которые ненавидели своих мужей и детей. Ты вся в своих родителей, твоя мать — Хеттеянка, и отец твой — Амморей.
Thou art the daughter of thy mother that loathed her husband and her children; and thou art the sister of thy sisters, who loathed their husbands and their children. Your mother was a Hittite, and your father an Amorite.
Твоя старшая сестра — Самария, живущая на севере от тебя со своими дочерьми (городами), и твоя младшая сестра — Содом, жившая на юге от тебя со своими дочерьми (городами).
And thine elder sister is Samaria that dwelleth at thy left hand, she and her daughters; and thy younger sister, that dwelleth at thy right hand, is Sodom and her daughters.
Ты сотворила то же, что они, но ты их превзошла.
And thou hast not walked in their ways, nor done according to their abominations; but as though that were a very little, thou hast been more corrupt than they in all thy ways.
Я, живой Господь Всемогущий, клянусь Моей жизнью, что сестра твоя Содом и её дочери не содеяли столько зла, сколько сделала ты и твои дочери.
[As] I live, saith the Lord Jehovah, Sodom thy sister hath not done, she nor her daughters, as thou hast done, thou and thy daughters!
Сестра твоя Содом с дочерями своими были горды, у них было слишком много еды и свободного времени, но они не помогали бедным, беспомощным людям.
Behold, this was the iniquity of thy sister Sodom: pride, fulness of bread, and careless ease was in her and in her daughters, but she did not strengthen the hand of the poor and needy.
Содом и её дочери возгордились и стали зло творить перед глазами Моими, и когда Я увидел всё это, Я их отверг".
And they were haughty, and committed abomination before me, and I took them away when I saw [it].
Господь сказал: "Грехи Самарии — только половина твоих грехов. Ты превзошла её в своих злых деяниях и сделала больше дурного, чем твои сестры Содом и Самария, которые в сравнении с тобою чисты.
And Samaria hath not sinned according to the half of thy sins; but thou hast multiplied thine abominations more than they, and hast justified thy sisters by all thine abominations which thou hast done.
Перенеси же свой позор, ты сделала так, что сестры твои рядом с тобой выглядели достойно, а ты творила дурное и теперь неси свой позор".
Thou also, who hast judged thy sisters, bear thine own confusion, because of thy sins in which thou hast acted more abominably than they: they are more righteous than thou. So be thou ashamed also, and bear thy confusion, in that thou hast justified thy sisters.
Господь сказал: "Я восстановлю Содом и города вокруг него, и Самарию с её городами. Я восстановлю тебя, Иерусалим.
And I will bring again their captivity, the captivity of Sodom and her daughters, and the captivity of Samaria and her daughters, and the captivity of thy captives in the midst of them;
Тогда ты будешь носить свой стыд из-за совершённых тобой плохих дел, которые утешали твоих сестёр.
that thou mayest bear thy confusion, and mayest be confounded for all that thou hast done, in that thou comfortest them.
Ты и сестры твои снова будут построены. Содом и города вокруг, Самария с городами своими и ты со своими будете снова отстроены".
And thy sisters, Sodom and her daughters, shall return to their former estate, and Samaria and her daughters shall return to their former estate; thou also and thy daughters, ye shall return to your former estate.
Бог сказал: "Ты в прошлом была горда и смеялась над Содомом, но ты не станешь больше смеяться.
Yea, Sodom thy sister was not mentioned by thy mouth in the day of thy pride,
Ты это делала до твоего наказанья, до того, как над тобою стали смеяться соседи, а дочери Эдома и города филистимлянские над тобою до сих пор смеются.
before thy wickedness was discovered, as at the time of the reproach of the daughters of Syria, and of all that are round about her, the daughters of the Philistines, who despise thee on every side.
Сейчас ты должна пострадать за дела свои гадкие". Так говорит Господь.
Thy lewdness and thine abominations, thou bearest them, saith Jehovah.
Господь Всемогущий сказал: "Ты нарушила брачный обет, ты не почитала наш завет. Я накажу тебя за это.
The Covenant Remembered
For thus saith the Lord Jehovah: I will even deal with thee as thou hast done, who hast despised the oath, and broken the covenant.

Но Я буду помнить о нашем завете, заключённом во времена твоей молодости. Я заключу этот завет с тобою навечно.
Nevertheless I will remember my covenant with thee in the days of thy youth, and I will establish unto thee an everlasting covenant.
Я приведу сестёр твоих к тебе и дам их тебе в дочери, — это не входило в наш завет, но Я это сделаю так, что ты будешь помнить грехи свои, и тебе будет стыдно.
And thou shalt remember thy ways, and be confounded, when thou shalt receive thy sisters who are older than thou, together with those who are younger than thou; for I will give them unto thee for daughters, but not by virtue of thy covenant.
Я восстановлю Мой завет, и ты поймёшь, что Я — Господь.
And I will establish my covenant with thee, and thou shalt know that I [am] Jehovah;
Тогда ты будешь помнить, и тебе будет стыдно. Но после этого тебе больше никогда не будет стыдно, потому что Я покрываю все твои грехи". Так сказал Господь Всемогущий.
that thou mayest remember, and be ashamed, and no more open thy mouth because of thy confusion, when I forgive thee all that thou hast done, saith the Lord Jehovah.
