Jesus' Warning
These things have I spoken unto you, that ye should not be offended.
These things have I spoken unto you, that ye should not be offended.
Из синагоги вас изгонят; больше того, наступает время, когда всякий, кто убьёт кого-то из вас, будет считать, что совершает поступок, угодный Богу.
They shall put you out of the synagogues: yea, the time cometh, that whosoever killeth you will think that he doeth God service.
Так будут поступать они, потому что не знают ни Отца Моего, ни Меня.
And these things will they do unto you, because they have not known the Father, nor me.
Но Я сказал вам это, чтобы, когда придёт то время, вы вспомнили, что Я говорил вам о том. Я не говорил вам этого раньше, ибо был с вами".
But these things have I told you, that when the time shall come, ye may remember that I told you of them. And these things I said not unto you at the beginning, because I was with you.
"А теперь Я ухожу к Пославшему Меня, и никто из вас не спросит Меня: "Куда Ты идёшь?"
The Holy Spirit Promised
But now I go my way to him that sent me; and none of you asketh me, Whither goest thou?
But now I go my way to him that sent me; and none of you asketh me, Whither goest thou?
Сердца ваши полны печали, потому что Я рассказал вам это.
But because I have said these things unto you, sorrow hath filled your heart.
Истинно говорю: для вас будет лучше, если Я покину вас, ибо, если Я не уйду, то Утешитель не придёт к вам, если же Я уйду, то пошлю Его к вам.
Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you.
И когда Он придёт, то обличит мир: о грехе, о праведности и о суде. Он убедит людей мира в том, что они грешны, в том, что есть праведность перед Богом, и в том, что есть Божий суд.
And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment:
Он покажет, что они грешны, потому что не веруют в Меня,
Of sin, because they believe not on me;
покажет, что Я праведен перед Богом, потому что иду к Отцу и вы больше не увидите Меня,
Of righteousness, because I go to my Father, and ye see me no more;
и покажет, что есть Божий суд, ибо правитель мира уже осуждён.
Of judgment, because the prince of this world is judged.
Многое ещё имею сказать вам, но сейчас вы не сможете понять.
I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now.
Когда же придёт Он, Дух Истины, то наставит вас на путь истинный, ибо не от Себя будет говорить, а только о том, что услышит, и возвестит вам о том, что случится в будущем.
Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.
Он восславит Меня, ибо возьмёт от Меня то, что Моё, и откроет это вам.
He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall shew it unto you.
Всё, что принадлежит Отцу, принадлежит и Мне. Потому и сказал Я, что Он возьмёт у Меня и возвестит вам".
All things that the Father hath are mine: therefore said I, that he shall take of mine, and shall shew it unto you.
"Вскоре вы не увидите Меня, но затем вскоре снова увидите Меня".
A little while, and ye shall not see me: and again, a little while, and ye shall see me, because I go to the Father.
Некоторые из Его учеников стали спрашивать друг у друга: "О чём Он говорит? "Вскоре вы не увидите Меня, но вскоре затем снова увидите Меня?" И ещё: "Ибо Я иду к Отцу Своему"?"
The Disciples' Grief will Turn to Joy
Then said some of his disciples among themselves, What is this that he saith unto us, A little while, and ye shall not see me: and again, a little while, and ye shall see me: and, Because I go to the Father?

И ещё говорили они: "Он говорит "вскоре"? Мы не знаем, о чём Он говорит".
They said therefore, What is this that he saith, A little while? we cannot tell what he saith.
Иисус понял, что они хотят спросить Его, и сказал им: "Вы спорите между собой о том, что Я сказал: "Вскоре вы не увидите Меня, но вскоре затем снова увидите Меня"?
Now Jesus knew that they were desirous to ask him, and said unto them, Do ye inquire among yourselves of that I said, A little while, and ye shall not see me: and again, a little while, and ye shall see me?
Истинно говорю: вы будете стенать и плакать, а мир возрадуется. Вы будете печалиться, но ваша печаль обратится в радость.
Verily, verily, I say unto you, That ye shall weep and lament, but the world shall rejoice: and ye shall be sorrowful, but your sorrow shall be turned into joy.
Когда женщина рожает, то мучается болью, ибо настало её время, но когда родит дитя, то забывает о боли, ибо счастлива, что человек родился на свет.
A woman when she is in travail hath sorrow, because her hour is come: but as soon as she is delivered of the child, she remembereth no more the anguish, for joy that a man is born into the world.
Так и вы опечалены сейчас, но Я увижу вас снова, и ваши сердца будут полны радости, и никто не сможет отнять у вас эту радость.
And ye now therefore have sorrow: but I will see you again, and your heart shall rejoice, and your joy no man taketh from you.
В тот день вы не станете спрашивать Меня. Истинно говорю: всё, что попросите вы у Отца от Моего имени, Он дарует вам.
Ask and You will Receive
And in that day ye shall ask me nothing. Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my name, he will give it you.
And in that day ye shall ask me nothing. Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my name, he will give it you.
До сих пор вы ни о чём не просили от Моего имени. Просите же, и вам будет дано, чтобы полной стала ваша радость".
Hitherto have ye asked nothing in my name: ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full.
"Всё это Я вам объяснил притчами. Приближается время, когда Я больше не буду говорить с вами притчами, а прямо стану говорить с вами об Отце.
These things have I spoken unto you in proverbs: but the time cometh, when I shall no more speak unto you in proverbs, but I shall shew you plainly of the Father.
В тот день вы сможете просить от Моего имени, и говорю вам, что Мне не придётся просить за вас Отца,
At that day ye shall ask in my name: and I say not unto you, that I will pray the Father for you:
ведь Отец Сам любит вас, ибо вы любите Меня и верите, что Я пришёл от Бога.
For the Father himself loveth you, because ye have loved me, and have believed that I came out from God.
Я пришёл в мир от Отца, теперь же Я покидаю мир и возвращаюсь обратно к Отцу".
I came forth from the Father, and am come into the world: again, I leave the world, and go to the Father.
Ученики сказали Ему: "Послушай, вот сейчас Ты говоришь понятно, а не притчами.
His disciples said unto him, Lo, now speakest thou plainly, and speakest no proverb.
Теперь мы знаем, что Тебе всё известно, и Тебе известны вопросы прежде, чем их зададут. И потому мы верим, что Ты пришёл от Бога".
Now are we sure that thou knowest all things, and needest not that any man should ask thee: by this we believe that thou camest forth from God.
Послушайте, приближается время, оно уже настало, когда все вы разойдётесь в разные стороны. Каждый вернётся к себе домой, и все вы покинете Меня. Но Я не одинок, ибо Отец Мой со Мною.
Behold, the hour cometh, yea, is now come, that ye shall be scattered, every man to his own, and shall leave me alone: and yet I am not alone, because the Father is with me.
