And the children of Ammon saw that they had made themselves odious to David; and the children of Ammon sent and hired the Syrians of Beth-Rehob, and the Syrians of Zoba, twenty thousand footmen, and the king of Maacah [with] a thousand men, and the men of Tob twelve thousand men.

And when the children of Ammon saw that they stank before David, the children of Ammon sent and hired the Syrians of Bethrehob, and the Syrians of Zoba, twenty thousand footmen, and of king Maacah a thousand men, and of Ishtob twelve thousand men.

When the people of Ammon saw that they had made themselves repulsive to David, the people of Ammon sent and hired the Syrians of Beth Rehob and the Syrians of Zoba, twenty thousand foot soldiers; and from the king of Maacah one thousand men, and from Ish-Tob twelve thousand men.

When the people of Ammon realized how seriously they had angered David, they sent and hired 20,000 Aramean foot soldiers from the lands of Beth-rehob and Zobah, 1,000 from the king of Maacah, and 12,000 from the land of Tob.

И увидели Аммонитяне, что они сделались ненавистными для Давида; и послали Аммонитяне нанять Сирийцев из Беф-Рехова и Сирийцев Сувы двадцать тысяч пеших, у царя Маахи тысячу человек и из Истова двенадцать тысяч человек.

Побачивши ж аммонії, що стали ненависними Давидові, послали найняти араміїв з Бет-Рехову, араяіїв з Цови, 20 000 піхоти, і царя Йааху з 1 000 чоловік, і людей з Тову, 12 000 чоловік.

І побачили аммоні́тяни, що вони зненави́джені в Давида. І аммонітяни послали й найняли́ Арам-Бет-Рехову й Арам-Цови, двадцять тисяч піхоти́нців, та царя Маахи, тисячу чоловіка, і тов'ян дванадцять тисяч чоловіка.

Когда аммонитяне поняли, что сделались ненавистными Давиду, они наняли двадцать тысяч пеших воинов из Арам-Бет-Рехова и Арам-Цовы, а также царя Маахи с тысячью человек и еще двенадцать тысяч человек из Това.

А сини Аммона побачили, що люди Давида були засоромлені, і послали сини Аммона, і найняли Сирію ветроовську — двадцять тисяч піших, і царя Мааха — тисячу чоловік, і Істова — дванадцять тисяч чоловік.
