Цар сказав до цариці Естери: «В Сузи-замку юдеї вбили й винищили 500 чоловік, не рахуючи десятьох синів Амана. Що ж то вони зробили в решті царських країн! Яке твоє тепер бажання? А воно буде вдоволене. Яка ще твоя просьба? А вона буде здійснена.»

І сказав царь царицї Естері: В Сузах, престольному містї, вбили Юдеї й вигубили пятьсот душ; що ж вони зробили по инших країнах царевих? Яке ж твоє бажаннє? й воно буде вдоволене. І яка ще твоя просьба? вона буде здїйснена. -
І сказав цар до цариці Есте́ри: „У за́мку Су́зи юдеї позабива́ли та повигу́блювали п'ять сотень чоловіка та десятьох Гаманових синів. Що вони зробили в решті царевих окру́г? І яке жада́ння твоє? І бу́де тобі вво́лене. І яке ще проха́ння твоє? І бу́де зро́блене“.

І цар сказав Естері: Юдеї вигубили в місті Сузи п’ятсот чоловік. А в околиці, як думаєш, скористалися? Тож що ще просиш, і буде тобі!

И сказал царь царице Есфири: в Сузах, городе престольном, умертвили Иудеи и погубили пятьсот человек и десятерых сыновей Амана; что же сделали они в прочих областях царя? Какое желание твоё? и оно будет удовлетворено. И какая ещё просьба твоя? она будет исполнена.

Haman's Sons Hanged
And the king said unto Esther the queen, The Jews have slain and destroyed five hundred men in Shushan the palace, and the ten sons of Haman; what have they done in the rest of the king's provinces? now what is thy petition? and it shall be granted thee: or what is thy request further? and it shall be done. -

he called for Queen Esther. He said, “The Jews have killed 500 men in the fortress of Susa alone, as well as Haman’s ten sons. If they have done that here, what has happened in the rest of the provinces? But now, what more do you want? It will be granted to you; tell me and I will do it.”
