For the director of music. Of the Sons of Korah. A psalm.

Clap your hands, all you nations;
shout to God with cries of joy.

Усі народи, заплещіте в долоні; радісним голосом ликуйте для Господа!

For the Lord Most High is awesome,
the great King over all the earth.

Бо Господь — Всевишній, страшний, великий цар він на всю землю.

He subdued nations under us,
peoples under our feet.

Він підбиває людей нам, і народи нам під ноги.

He chose our inheritance for us,
the pride of Jacob, whom he loved.b

Він вибирає нам спадщину нашу, славу Якова, улюбленого свого.

God has ascended amid shouts of joy,
the Lord amid the sounding of trumpets.

Вознісся Бог під оклики веселі, Господь — під голос сурми.

Sing praises to God, sing praises;
sing praises to our King, sing praises.

Співайте Господеві псалми, співайте; співайте нашому цареві, співайте!

For God is the King of all the earth;
sing to him a psalm of praise.

Бо цар усієї землі — Бог, співайте якнайкраще.

God reigns over the nations;
God is seated on his holy throne.

Бог над народами царює, Бог сидить на своїм святім престолі.

The nobles of the nations assemble
as the people of the God of Abraham,
for the kingsc of the earth belong to God;
he is greatly exalted.
