І будуть вам китиці, як побачите їх, на спогад про всі Господні заповіді; і будете виконувати їх, і ви не будете звертати за вашими думками й услід баченого вашими очима, у чому ви, йдучи вслід за ними, чинили розпусту.

и будут они в кистях у вас для того, чтобы вы, смотря на них, вспоминали все заповеди Господни, и исполняли их, и не ходили вслед сердца вашего и очей ваших, которые влекут вас к блудодейству,

And it shall be unto you for a fringe, that ye may look upon it, and remember all the commandments of the LORD, and do them; and that ye seek not after your own heart and your own eyes, after which ye use to go a whoring:

You will have these tassels to look at and so you will remember all the commands of the Lord, that you may obey them and not prostitute yourselves by chasing after the lusts of your own hearts and eyes. -

When you see the tassels, you will remember and obey all the commands of the LORD instead of following your own desires and defiling yourselves, as you are prone to do.
