Відказав же Лабан, і каже до Якова: Дочки, мої дочки, і дїти, мої дїти, і скотина, моя скотина, і все, що видиш, то моє; що ж можу я заподїяти сим дочкам моїм або дїтям, що вони породили?

Відповідаючи на це, Лаван сказав до Якова: "Дочки — мої дочки, і діти — мої діти, і отари — мої отари, і все, що бачиш, моє воно. Але що я можу заподіяти сьогодні оцим дочкам моїм або їх дітям, що їх вони породили?

І відповів Лаван і сказав до Якова: „До́чки — дочки мої, а діти — мої діти, а отара — моя отара, і все, що́ ти бачиш — то моє. А дочкам моїм, що́ зроблю їм сьогодні, або їхнім дітям, що вони породили їх?

А Лаван у відповідь сказав Якову: Дочки — мої дочки, і сини — мої сини, і худоба — моя худоба, і все, що ти бачиш, — належить мені та моїм дочкам. Що сьогодні заподію їм чи їхнім дітям, яких вони народили?

И отвечал Лаван, и сказал Иакову: дочери — мои дочери; дети — мои дети; скот — мой скот, и всё, что ты видишь, это моё: могу ли я что сделать теперь с дочерями моими и с детьми их, которые рождены ими?

And Laban answered and said unto Jacob, These daughters are my daughters, and these children are my children, and these cattle are my cattle, and all that thou seest is mine: and what can I do this day unto these my daughters, or unto their children which they have born? -
