І покликано царських писарів третього місяця, се б то місяця Сивана, двайцять третього дня його, й написано все так, як звелїв Мардохей, до Юдеїв і до сатрапів і начальників в країнах і князїв у краях від Индиї до Етиопиї — в сто двайцятьох сїмох країнах, в кожний край його письмом і до кожного народу його мовою, та й до Юдеїв їх письмом і їх мовою.

Того ж часу, тобто третього місяця, місяця Сівана, двадцять третього дня, скликано царських писарів і написано все так, як звелів Мардохей, до юдеїв, до сатрапів, до начальників і до князів країн, від Індії до Етіопії, 127 країн, до кожної країни її письмом і до кожного народу його мовою та й до юдеїв їхнім письмом і мовою.

І були покли́кані царські́ писарі́ того ча́су, місяця третього, — він місяць сіван, двадцять і третього дня в ньому, і було написане все, як наказав був Мордеха́й, до юдеїв, і до сатра́пів, і намісників, і зверхників округ, що від Году й аж до Кушу, — сто й двадцять і сім окру́г, і до кожної окру́ги письмо́м її, і до кожного народу мовою його, та до юдеїв їхнім письмо́м та їхньою мовою.

І першого місяця, який є нісан, двадцять третього дня того року, скликано писарів і написано для юдеїв те, що наказано економам і володарям сатрапів від Індії аж до Ефіопії, — ста двадцяти сімом сатрапам — за країною і країною, за їхньою мовою.

И позваны были тогда царские писцы в третий месяц, то есть в месяц Сиван, в двадцать третий день его, и написано было всё так, как приказал Мардохей, к Иудеям, и к сатрапам, и областеначальникам, и правителям областей от Индии до Ефиопии, ста двадцати семи областей, в каждую область письменами её и к каждому народу на языке его, и к Иудеям письменами их и на языке их.

Then were the king's scribes called at that time in the third month, that is, the month Sivan, on the three and twentieth day thereof; and it was written according to all that Mordecai commanded unto the Jews, and to the lieutenants, and the deputies and rulers of the provinces which are from India unto Ethiopia, an hundred twenty and seven provinces, unto every province according to the writing thereof, and unto every people after their language, and to the Jews according to their writing, and according to their language.

At once the royal secretaries were summoned — on the twenty-third day of the third month, the month of Sivan. They wrote out all Mordecai’s orders to the Jews, and to the satraps, governors and nobles of the 127 provinces stretching from India to Cush.a These orders were written in the script of each province and the language of each people and also to the Jews in their own script and language. -

И созваны были в то время — в двадцать третий день третьего месяца, месяца сивана,20 — царские писари. So on June 25a the king’s secretaries were summoned, and a decree was written exactly as Mordecai dictated. It was sent to the Jews and to the highest officers, the governors, and the nobles of all the 127 provinces stretching from India to Ethiopia.b The decree was written in the scripts and languages of all the peoples of the empire, including that of the Jews.
