Hallelujah! Praise the name of Jehovah; praise, ye servants of Jehovah,

Що стоїте в домі Господньому, у дворах дому Бога нашого.
Ye that stand in the house of Jehovah, in the courts of the house of our God.
Хвалїте Господа, благий бо Господь; сьпівайте псальми імени його, воно бо любе.
Praise ye Jah; for Jehovah is good: sing psalms unto his name; for it is pleasant.
Бо Господь вибрав собі Якова, Ізраїля — як власність свою.
For Jah hath chosen Jacob unto himself, Israel for his own possession.
Знаю бо, що Господь великий, і Владика наш понад усїма богами.
For *I* know that Jehovah is great, and our Lord is above all gods.
Все, що Господеві подобається, творить він на небесах і на землї, на морях і в глибинях.
Whatsoever Jehovah pleased, he hath done in the heavens and on the earth, in the seas and all deeps;
Підносить хмари понад землю, дає дощ з блискавками, виводить вітра із сховищ його.
Who causeth the vapours to ascend from the ends of the earth; who maketh lightnings for the rain; who bringeth the wind out of his treasuries:
Він повбивав перворіднїв в Египтї, від чоловіка до скоту.
Who smote the firstborn of Egypt, both of man and beast;
Явив ознаки і чудеса серед тебе, Египте, над Фараоном і над всїма слугами його;
Who sent signs and miracles into the midst of thee, O Egypt, upon Pharaoh and upon all his servants;
Погромив великі народи, і повбивав потужних царів:
Who smote great nations, and slew mighty kings,
Сигона, царя Аморійського, і Ога, царя Базанського, і всї царства Канаанські;
Sihon king of the Amorites, and Og king of Bashan, and all the kingdoms of Canaan;
І віддав землю їх в наслїддє Ізраїлю, в наслїддє народові свому.
And gave their land for an inheritance, an inheritance unto Israel his people.
Господи, імя твоє вічне; Господи, память твоя з роду в рід.
Thy name, O Jehovah, is for ever; thy memorial, O Jehovah, from generation to generation.
Бо Господь зробить суд над народом своїм, і змилосердиться над своїми слугами.
For Jehovah will judge his people, and will repent in favour of his servants.
Божища народів — срібло й золото, твориво рук людських.
The idols of the nations are silver and gold, the work of men's hands:
Уста мають, і не заговорять; очі мають, і не бачать;
They have a mouth, and they speak not; eyes have they, and they see not;
Уші мають, і не чують, і в устах їх нема диху.
They have ears, and they hear not; neither is there any breath in their mouth.
Рівні їм ті, що роблять їх, кожний, що на їх вповає.
They that make them are like unto them, -- every one that confideth in them.
Доме Ізраїля, прославляйте Господа! Доме Аарона, прославляйте Господа!
House of Israel, bless ye Jehovah; house of Aaron, bless ye Jehovah;
Доме Левії, прославляйте Господа! Боячіся Господа, прославляйте Господа!
House of Levi, bless ye Jehovah; ye that fear Jehovah, bless Jehovah.
