Хто вбогого тїснить — творця його зневажає, хто ж Бога чтить, бідного спомагає.

Хто гнітить убогого, той Творця його зневажає,
а почитає той, хто жалує бідного. -
Хто тисне нужде́нного, той ображає свого Творця́, а хто милости́вий до вбогого, той поважає Його.

Хто гнітить убогого, той викликає обурення в його Творця, а хто шанує Його, той виявляє милість до бідного.

Кто теснит бедного, тот хулит Творца его; чтущий же Его благотворит нуждающемуся.
