І сказав Хушай: „Ти знаєш батька свого та людей його, що вони ли́царі, та розлю́чені вони, як медве́диця, позба́влена на полі дітей. А батько твій воя́к, і не буде ночувати з народом.

І сказав Хушай: “Ти знаєш твого батька та його людей, що вони відважні вояки, і вони роздратовані, як ведмедиця в полі, в якої забрано ведмедят. До того ж батько твій досвідчений вояк і не спатиме вночі з людьми.

І каже Хусій: Ти знаєш панотця твого й людей його, що вони хоробрі та ще й роздражнені, мов ведмедиця в полі, що в неї однято ведмежата. До того ж панотець твій войовник, що не ночлїгує з людьми. -
І сказав Хусій: Ти знаєш свого батька і його мужів, що вони є дуже сильними, і своєю душею вони — наче бездітна ведмедиця в полі й наче дика свиня на рівнині! Твій батько — військовий муж, і не дасть послаблення народові.

И продолжал Хусий: ты знаешь твоего отца и людей его; они храбры и сильно раздражены, как медведица в поле, у которой отняли детей, и отец твой — человек воинственный; он не остановится ночевать с народом.

For, said Hushai, thou knowest thy father and his men, that they be mighty men, and they be chafed in their minds, as a bear robbed of her whelps in the field: and thy father is a man of war, and will not lodge with the people.

You know your father and his men; they are fighters, and as fierce as a wild bear robbed of her cubs. Besides, your father is an experienced fighter; he will not spend the night with the troops. -

You know your father and his men; they are mighty warriors. Right now they are as enraged as a mother bear who has been robbed of her cubs. And remember that your father is an experienced man of war. He won’t be spending the night among the troops.
