Видано було гроші каменотесам і теслям; а сидонянам і тирійцям харч, напої й олію, щоб приставляли кедрину з Ливану морем у Яффу, з дозволу на те Кира, перського царя.

Then they gave money to the masons and carpenters, and gave food and drink and olive oil to the people of Sidon and Tyre, so that they would bring cedar logs by sea from Lebanon to Joppa, as authorized by Cyrus king of Persia. -

The People Begin to Rebuild the Temple
Then the people hired masons and carpenters and bought cedar logs from the people of Tyre and Sidon, paying them with food, wine, and olive oil. The logs were brought down from the Lebanon mountains and floated along the coast of the Mediterranean Sead to Joppa, for King Cyrus had given permission for this.
