Я прихиля́вся до тих, що Мене не пита́ли, Я зна́йдений тими, що Мене не шукали. Я казав: „Оце Я, оце Я!“ до наро́ду, що Йме́нням Моїм не був зва́ний.

The Righteousness of God’s Judgment

“I was sought by those who did not ask for Me;
I was found by those who did not seek Me.
I said, ‘Here I am, here I am,’
To a nation that was not called by My name.

2

Я ввесь день простяга́в Свої руки до люду запе́клого, що він, за своїми думка́ми, доро́гою ходить недоброю,

I have stretched out My hands all day long to a rebellious people,
Who walk in a way that is not good,
According to their own thoughts;

3

до наро́ду, що в очі Мене прогнівля́є пості́йно, що жертви прино́сить в садка́х та що па́лить кадило на це́глах,

A people who provoke Me to anger continually to My face;
Who sacrifice in gardens,
And burn incense on altars of brick;

4

що сидить у гроба́х та ночує по я́мах, їсть свини́ну, і в їхньому по́суді — ю́шка нечиста,

Who sit among the graves,
And spend the night in the tombs;
Who eat swine’s flesh,
And the broth of [a]abominable things is in their vessels;

5

що говорить: „Спини́сь, не зближа́йся до ме́не, бо святий я для тебе!“ Оце дим в Моїй ні́здрі, огонь, що палає ввесь день!

Who say, ‘Keep to yourself,
Do not come near me,
For I am holier than you!’
These [b]are smoke in My nostrils,
A fire that burns all the day.

Ось напи́сане перед обличчям Моїм: Я не буду мовча́ти, але відплачу́, і надолу́жу на їхньому ло́ні!

“Behold, it is written before Me:
I will not keep silence, but will repay —
Even repay into their bosom —

7

Укупі пере́ступи ваші й пере́ступи ваших батькі́в, — говорить Госпо́дь, — що кади́ли на го́рах і на взгі́р'ях Мене зневажа́ли, — і запла́ту їм ви́міряю Я найпе́рше до їхнього ло́ня!

Your iniquities and the iniquities of your fathers together,”
Says the Lord,
“Who have burned incense on the mountains
And blasphemed Me on the hills;
Therefore I will measure their former work into their bosom.”

8

Так говорить Господь: Коли в гро́ні знахо́диться сік виногра́дний, і хтось ска́же: „Не псуй ти його, бо благослове́ння у ньо́му“, — отак Я зроблю́ ради рабів Своїх, щоб усього не ни́щити!

Thus says the Lord:
“As the new wine is found in the cluster,
And one says, ‘Do not destroy it,
For a blessing is in it,’
So will I do for My servants’ sake,
That I may not destroy them all.

9

І насіння Я ви́веду з Якова, а з Юди — спадкоє́мця гір Моїх, і вибра́нці Мої одіди́чать її, і раби Мої жи́тимуть там.

I will bring forth descendants from Jacob,
And from Judah an heir of My mountains;
My elect shall inherit it,
And My servants shall dwell there.

10

І стане Шаро́н пасови́ськом ота́ри, а долина Ахо́р за ліжни́цю худо́би великої, для наро́ду Мого, що шукали Мене.

Sharon shall be a fold of flocks,
And the Valley of Achor a place for herds to lie down,
For My people who have sought Me.

11

А ви, що Господа кидаєте, забуваєте го́ру святу Мою, що ставите Ґаду трапе́зу, а для Ме́ні випо́внюєте жертву литу,

“But you are those who forsake the Lord,
Who forget My holy mountain,
Who prepare a table for [c]Gad,
And who furnish a drink offering for [d]Meni.

12

то вас відрахо́вую Я для меча́, й на коліна впаде́те ви всі на зарі́з, бо кликав Я вас, та ви відповіді не дали́, говорив був, але́ ви не чули й робили лихе́ в Моїх о́чах, і чого́ не хотів, вибира́ли собі!

Therefore I will number you for the sword,
And you shall all bow down to the slaughter;
Because, when I called, you did not answer;
When I spoke, you did not hear,
But did evil before My eyes,
And chose that in which I do not delight.”

13

Тому Господь Бог каже так: Ось будуть раби Мої їсти, а ви бу́дете голодува́ти, ось будуть раби Мої пити, а ви будете спра́гнені, ось будуть раби Мої радіти, а ви посоро́млені бу́дете.

13

Therefore thus says the Lord God:
“Behold, My servants shall eat,
But you shall be hungry;
Behold, My servants shall drink,
But you shall be thirsty;
Behold, My servants shall rejoice,
But you shall be ashamed;

14

Ось раби Мої будуть співати від радости серця свого, ви ж крича́тимете від серде́чного бо́лю, і від скру́шення духа заво́дити бу́дете.

14

Behold, My servants shall sing for joy of heart,
But you shall cry for sorrow of heart,
And wail for [e]grief of spirit.

15

І ви своє йме́ння дасте́ на прокля́ття вибра́нцям Моїм, — і Господь Бог тебе вб'є, а рабам Своїм дасть інше йме́ння,

15

You shall leave your name as a curse to My chosen;
For the Lord God will slay you,
And call His servants by another name;

16

так що хто на землі благосло́влений бу́де, буде поблагосло́влений він вірним Богом, а хто на землі присяга́є, вірним Богом прися́гне, бо забу́дуться у́тиски давні і захо́вані будуть вони від оче́й Моїх!

16

So that he who blesses himself in the earth
Shall bless himself in the God of truth;
And he who swears in the earth
Shall swear by the God of truth;
Because the former troubles are forgotten,
And because they are hidden from My eyes.

17

Бо ось Я створю́ нове небо та зе́млю нову́, і не згада́ються ре́чі коли́шні, і не при́йдуть на серце!

The Glorious New Creation

“For behold, I create new heavens and a new earth;
And the former shall not be remembered or [f]come to mind.

18

Тож навіки радійте та ті́штеся тим, що творю́ Я, бо ось Я створю́ Єрусалима на радість, а наро́да його — на весе́лість!

18

But be glad and rejoice forever in what I create;
For behold, I create Jerusalem as a rejoicing,
And her people a joy.

19

І бу́ду Я Єрусалимом раді́ти, і втіша́тися буду наро́дом Своїм, — і не почу́ється в ньому вже голос плачу́ й голос зо́йку!

19

I will rejoice in Jerusalem,
And joy in My people;
The voice of weeping shall no longer be heard in her,
Nor the voice of crying.

20

З цього ча́су не буде вже ю́ного днями й старо́го, який своїх днів не попо́внить, бо сторо́кий помре́ як юна́к, а грішник і в віці ста літ буде про́клятий!

“No more shall an infant from there live but a few days,
Nor an old man who has not fulfilled his days;
For the child shall die one hundred years old,
But the sinner being one hundred years old shall be accursed.

21

І доми́ побуду́ють, і ме́шкати будуть, і заса́дять вони виноградники, і будуть їхній плід спожива́ти.

21

They shall build houses and inhabit them;
They shall plant vineyards and eat their fruit.

22

Не бу́дуть вони будува́ти, щоб інший сидів, не будуть сади́ти, щоб інший спожи́в, дні бо наро́ду Мого — як дні де́рева, і вибра́нці Мої зужива́тимуть чин Своїх рук!

22

They shall not build and another inhabit;
They shall not plant and another eat;
For as the days of a tree, so shall be the days of My people,
And My elect shall long enjoy the work of their hands.

23

Не будуть вони працювати нада́рмо, і не будуть роди́ти на страх, вони бо насі́ння, благосло́влене Господом, і наща́дки їхні з ними.

23

They shall not labor in vain,
Nor bring forth children for trouble;
For they shall be the descendants of the blessed of the Lord,
And their offspring with them.

24

І ста́неться, поки покли́чуть, то Я відпові́м, — вони будуть іще говорити, а Я вже почу́ю!

24

“It shall come to pass
That before they call, I will answer;
And while they are still speaking, I will hear.

25

Вовк та вівця́ будуть па́стися ра́зом, і лев буде їсти солому, немов та худо́ба, а га́дові хлібом його буде по́рох! Вони не чини́тимуть зла й вигубля́ти не будуть на всій святій Моїй горі, говорить Госпо́дь.

25

The wolf and the lamb shall feed together,
The lion shall eat straw like the ox,
And dust shall be the serpent’s food.
They shall not hurt nor destroy in all My holy mountain,”
Says the Lord.
