І сталося, як усі аморе́йські царі́, що по то́й бік Йорда́ну на за́хід, і всі ханаа́нські царі, що над морем, почули, що Госпо́дь висушив був воду Йорда́ну перед Ізраїлевими синами, аж поки вони перейшли, то зомліло їхнє серце, і не було вже в них духу зо стра́ху перед Ізраїлевими синами.

Як же всі царі аморійські, що по тім боці Йордану на заході, і всі царі ханаанські, що над морем, почули, що Господь висушив йорданську воду перед синами Ізраїля, аж поки вони не перейшли, серце їм зомліло і в них дух підупав супроти синів Ізраїля.

Як же всї царі Аморійські по тім боцї Йорданї на заходї, і всї царі Канаанські, що жили понад морем, почули, що Господь висушив Йорданську воду перед синами Ізрайлевими, докіль вони перейшли, так удались вони в тугу і не стало в них духа проти синів Ізрайлевих. -
І сталося, коли аморейські царі, які були на другому боці Йордану, і царі Фінікії, які біля моря, почули, що Господь Бог висушив перед ізраїльськими синами, коли вони переходили, ріку Йордан, то розтанули їхні розуми, і вони сповнилися жахом, і не було в них жодного здорового глузду перед обличчям ізраїльських синів.

And it came to pass, when all the kings of the Amorites, which were on the side of Jordan westward, and all the kings of the Canaanites, which were by the sea, heard that the LORD had dried up the waters of Jordan from before the children of Israel, until we were passed over, that their heart melted, neither was there spirit in them any more, because of the children of Israel. -

The New Generation Circumcised
As soon as all the kings of the Amorites who were beyond the Jordan to the west, and all the kings of the Canaanites who were by the sea, heard that the Lord had dried up the waters of the Jordan for the people of Israel until they had crossed over, their hearts melted and there was no longer any spirit in them because of the people of Israel. -
