A Righteous King
Behold, a king shall reign in righteousness, and princes shall rule in judgment.

І чоловік буде приховувати свої слова і сховає, як від води, те що несе. І з’явиться в Сіоні, як ріка, що несе, славна в спраглій землі.
And a man shall be as an hiding place from the wind, and a covert from the tempest; as rivers of water in a dry place, as the shadow of a great rock in a weary land.
І більше не покладатимуть надії на людей, але наставлять вуха, щоби слухати.
And the eyes of them that see shall not be dim, and the ears of them that hear shall hearken.
І серце немічних буде наставлене, щоб слухати, і заїкуваті язики швидко навчаться говорити мир.
The heart also of the rash shall understand knowledge, and the tongue of the stammerers shall be ready to speak plainly.
І більше не скажуть безумному володіти, і більше твої слуги не скажуть: Мовчи!
The vile person shall be no more called liberal, nor the churl said to be bountiful.
Бо безумний говоритиме безумне, і його серце знатиме безумне, щоб звершити беззаконня, і говорити оману на Господа, щоб розсіяти голодні душі й спраглі душі зробити порожніми.
For the vile person will speak villany, and his heart will work iniquity, to practise hypocrisy, and to utter error against the LORD, to make empty the soul of the hungry, and he will cause the drink of the thirsty to fail.
Адже рада злих беззаконне замишляє, щоб знищити лагідних неправедними словами і розсіяти слова покірних на суді.
The instruments also of the churl are evil: he deviseth wicked devices to destroy the poor with lying words, even when the needy speaketh right.
А побожні розумне порадили, і ця рада залишиться.
But the liberal deviseth liberal things; and by liberal things shall he stand.
Багаті жінки, встаньте і прислухайтеся до мого голосу! Дочки в надії, послухайте моїх слів!
The Women of Jerusalem
Rise up, ye women that are at ease; hear my voice, ye careless daughters; give ear unto my speech.

У днях року чиніть пам’ять в болі з надією. Знищене збирання винограду, припинена сівба — і більше не прийде.
Many days and years shall ye be troubled, ye careless women: for the vintage shall fail, the gathering shall not come.
Жахніться, сумуйте, ви, хто надіявся, роздягніться, нагими будьте, підв’яжіть стегна мішковиною
Tremble, ye women that are at ease; be troubled, ye careless ones: strip you, and make you bare, and gird sackcloth upon your loins.
і бийтеся в груди задля бажаного поля і плоду виноградника!
They shall lament for the teats, for the pleasant fields, for the fruitful vine.
Земля мого народу видасть тернину і траву, і з кожного дому буде забрана радість. Багате місто,
Upon the land of my people shall come up thorns and briers; yea, upon all the houses of joy in the joyous city:
доми покинені, — вони залишать багатство міста і любі доми. І села будуть печерами аж до віку, радість для диких ослів, пасовиська для пастухів,
Because the palaces shall be forsaken; the multitude of the city shall be left; the forts and towers shall be for dens for ever, a joy of wild asses, a pasture of flocks;
аж доки не зійде на вас Дух з висоти. І Хермел буде спустошений, — Хермел вважатиметься як ліс.
Until the spirit be poured upon us from on high, and the wilderness be a fruitful field, and the fruitful field be counted for a forest.
І спочине в пустелі суд, і праведність поселиться на Кармилі.
Then judgment shall dwell in the wilderness, and righteousness remain in the fruitful field.
І ділами праведності буде мир, і праведність втримає спочинок, — ті, хто надіється аж до віку.
And the work of righteousness shall be peace; and the effect of righteousness quietness and assurance for ever.
І Його народ поселиться в місті миру, і поселиться безпечно, і вони спочинуть у достатку.
And my people shall dwell in a peaceable habitation, and in sure dwellings, and in quiet resting places;
А якщо впаде град, не прийде на вас. І будуть ті, хто живе в лісах упевнені, як і ті, хто на рівнині.
When it shall hail, coming down on the forest; and the city shall be low in a low place.
